Victoria Nelson is a fictional private investigator and the main protagonist from the Canadian supernatural crime drama series Blood Ties. She was played by actress Christina Cox and appeared in every episode of the series.
Biography[]
Victoria "Vicki" Nelson was a private investigator from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She was formerly involved romantically with Toronto police detective Mike Celluci. After they split up, Vicki encountered a 450-year-old vampire named Henry Fitzroy. As the two became closer, Henry began to aid her in her investigations.
Vicki was hired by a man named Gary Howsen, who believed that his wife, Marcy, had been cheating on him. That very evening, Marcy turned up dead, and Gary was the prime suspect. Vicki's investigation led her to interview a Latino gardener named Emmanuel, who turned out to be an Incubus. Although Emmanuel became Vicki's prime suspect, the true murderer was Megaera - a jealousy demon and one of the Furies of Greek Mythology. Magaera had been summoned by Bruce Caldwell who used a fertility statue to control her. Vicki smashed the statue, causing Magaera to dissipate. [1]
