- The character of Jessica Drew was created by writer Archie Goodwin and artist Sal Buscema. She first appeared in the "Dark Destiny" story from Marvel Spotlight #32 in February, 1977.
Allusions[]
- Jessica Drew makes reference to the Hulk in this episode. The Hulk is a Marvel Comics character, whose real name is Bruce Banner. He first appeared in Incredible Hulk #1 in May, 1962. Spider-Man has tangled with the Hulk on many occasions.
