Biography Edit

Scott Blevins was an administrative department head and section chief for the Federal Bureau of Investigation based out of the J. Edgar Hoover Building on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.

In 1993, Chief Blevins selected a forensics scientist within the department, Dana Scully to become a special agent for the FBI and partnered her up with a maverick investigtor named Fox Mulder. It was Blevins' intent that the pragmatic Agent Scully would observe and debunk any theories put forth by Agent Mulder that ran outside the realms of conventional thinking; particularly when it came to the existence of extraterrestrials and the idea of alien abductions. Reluctantly, Dana obeyed and was assigned to the X-Files Division of the FBI, reporting back to Chief Blevins with anything she believed to be pertinent to her assignment.
