Far Rockaway is a neighborhood in Queens. It is located on the Rockaway Penninsula and in the easternmost section of the Rockaways. Actress Isabella Hoopes, who played Edith Collins on the TV series Dark Shadows passed away in Far Rockaway on August 7th, 1987.
