Premonitions are feelings of intuitive insight of events that may come to pass; usually events involving misfortune for the person experiencing the premonition or about people they know or events relating to their immediate surroundings. Having premonitions is a psychic or even mystic phenomenon and is a lesser form of extra-sensory perception, which usually grants more comprehensive perceptions of future occurrences. Nearly anyone with a degree of psychic intuitiveness may experience premonitions, but it is usually possessed by experienced psychics, mystics, mentalists and fortune tellers.
