Knight Rider 2000 is an American television movie of the action and science fiction genres. It is a spin-off of the popular 1982-1986 TV series Knight Rider. The film was directed by Alan J. Levi with a script written by Rob Hedden based on characters and concepts originally developed by Glen A. Larson. It was produced by Charles E. Sellier Productions and River Rock Productions for Universal TV and first aired on NBC on May 19th, 1991. The film stars David Hasselhoff and Edward Mulhare reprising their respective roles of Michael Knight and Devon Miles from the TV series.
