Kat Dennings is a film and television actress. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 13th, 1986. Kat's first work in television was playing a character named Jenny Brier in the "Hot Child in the City" on the HBO series Sex and the City. Her first regular work on a series was playing Sarah Stewart on the WB Network comedy Raising Dad.
Throughout the mid to late 2000s, Kat circulated through the various crime drama programs, as many actors do, performing one-time roles in episodes of Without a Trace, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: NY. In 2005, she appeared in five episodes of the medical drama ER as a character named Zoe Butler.
