County Jail to photograph a Paris Hilton-type celebrity débutante, Milan Carlton, who lands in jail after one too many drunk driving charges, and she later meets with Lucy to ask her to put a spin on her supposed 'redemption' to her brash life. Meanwhile, Willa and Farber team up to investigate the feud between washed up TV sitcom star Jimmy Darby, and his estranged teenage daughter who plans to make a comeback.
