Bernard Cowan was a television voice actor, dialogue coach and script supervisor born sometime around 1922. He has worked on several animated programs for Krantz Films and Marvel Enterprises during the 1960s including The Marvel Super-Heroes umbrella of animated shorts, which included The Incredible Hulk, The Mighty Thor, Captain America and Prince Namor, the Sub-Mariner as well as the 1967-1970 Spider-Man animated series. He passed away on July 17th, 1990.
