Season Two of Arrow aired on the CW Network from October 9th, 2013 to May 14th, 2014, spanning a total of twenty-three episodes for a full-season run. All of the main cast members from season one, with the exception of Colin Donnell, returned for season two. Stephen Amell reprised the role of the lead character Oliver Queen with Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Susanna Thompson as Moira Queen and Paul Blackthorne as Quentin Lance.

The Season two cast expanded with three new main additions. Emily Bett Rickards, Colton Haynes and Manu Bennett, who had all made guest appearing roles in season one in the roles of Felicity Smoak, Roy Harper and Slade Wilson, were now all promoted to main character status.

Recurring guest stars for season two included John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn, Roger R. Cross as Detective Lucas Hilton, Annie Ilonzeh as Joanna de la Vega, Celina Jade as Shado and Colin Salmon as Walter Steele. Actor Kevin Alejandro played a major role in season two as the Starling City alderman and cult leader Sebastian Blood.

This is the only season of the show where Manu Bennett is credited as a main cast member.

Although no longer a regular on the series, actor Colin Donnell from season one made occasional guest appearances in flashback in season two.
